The traditional workflow is faced with unfavorable factors such as a large amount of data manually entered by the staff, many wrong data, and low production efficiency. 

1. Picking staff picking: The picker confirms the identity: use the RFID handheld to read the picker IC card; the picker picks the material: use the wince handheld to read the material barcode, confirm the number of raw materials and related information;

2. Production process: confirm the employee card at each station; record the amount of raw materials and related information of the employee; use the RFID handset to record the recipient and material barcode; after the employee finishes the processing of raw materials, before the second raw material is received, Read the raw material bar code to end; go to the next process.

System functions

According to the above process, the data collector software has the following three functions:

1. The process management system manages the process of each process through the data collector. The data collector is used to read the employee card and barcode to record the employee number and the number of employees, and then transmit to the background server through the GPRS communication of the data collector.

2. The data uploading system uploads the data collection result in the picking and production process to the background server through the data collector GPRS communication method; at the same time, it can save related data. 

3. Real-time information system In the process of data collection, the administrator can monitor the situation through the back-end data, and perform related personnel scheduling according to production needs.
